I have my email, how do I get started?
Your invitation email will have a link to click to create your account and start your trial. Follow along with the steps below to set up your account and order up your website:
Step 1: Pick your template
Here you are presented with all of the template options for our health coach websites. You have the ability to view the templates by clicking the 'Preview' button, or to test out the template in real time with the 'Live Demo' button. We strongly recommend that you take time to explore your template options before proceeding to the next step to ensure you're making the best choice for you and your practice. You can also preview the templates beforehand by visiting our template example page HERE.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that your template comes pre-loaded with sample content, images, and colors to help you get started. You are free to use as much or as little of the provided content as you wish, but we also highly encourage you to customize and personalize your website to fit you and your health coaching practice. We make it easy for you to change your website as needed to grow along with your business!
Once you've decided on your template, click the 'Get Started' button in the top right hand corner to confirm your choice. (Don't click the 'back' button as it may force you to exit without successfully creating your site!)
Step 2: Create your account
Create your account by entering the same email address that IIN has on file (the same one your trial invitation was sent to) and choose a password. You should absolutely write this information down as this the same information you will use to log into your website!
Next, choose an account domain for your website. This is literally just a temporary name for your website and WILL NOT be the final domain you will use for your website, so don't worry if you don't have one handy, you can simply put your name for now. You will also see that .liveeditaurora.com is already included for you, so all you need to add is your name choice. Do not include any spaces or '.com' in the box, and do not add in your custom domain if you already have one. All that's needed at this time is a name for your website
If you receive an error message stating that the name is already taken, then you must choose another name (ex: thisismywebsite1).
Again, this WILL NOT be the final name for your website, so it really does not matter what you name it.
Finally, check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and then click 'Order Site' to create your website!
Step 3: You're ready to get started!
While your website is being created, you'll be taken to the Site Settings screen where you can fill out some basic information about you and your practice. To learn more about the Site Settings, as well as how to get started with your new website, check out our introduction video below:
